American Banker Ranks Goodwin Procter Among Top 10 Advisers in Domestic Bank and Thrift Merger Deals in 2004

BOSTON, Feb. 18, 2005  American Banker recently ranked Goodwin Procter the eighth most active primary adviser in domestic bank and thrift merger deals announced in 2004 by dollar value.  The total deal value reported was approximately $11.4 billion.
