Goodwin’s Technology team advised Continuum Managed Services, LLC on its sale to an entity controlled by Thoma Bravo, LLC from Summit Partners. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Continuum is an international firm that provides MSPs with the platform, services and processes needed to simplify IT management and deliver high quality Remote Monitoring and Management, backup and disaster recovery and security offerings to small- and medium-sized businesses.
