Mark Yeboah

Mark Yeboah is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department, and is a member of its Private Equity Group and Impact and Responsible Investing Practice. Mr. Yeboah’s practice focuses on representing private equity firms and portfolio companies, growth and venture capital investors, search fund entrepreneurs, and public and private companies. He joined Goodwin in 2015.

Mr. Yeboah regularly advises clients on a wide range of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, add-on acquisitions and other investments, dispositions and general corporate governance matters.

Mr. Yeboah has significant experience advising companies in the technology, education and healthcare industries, as well as across the government contracting, food and agriculture, publishing, telecommunications, digital advertising and trucking industries.
