  • FlexWork Program
    Goodwin promises outstanding service to our clients, and we are committed to providing a work environment that supports our attorneys as they deliver that unprecedented service. We recognize that some of our attorneys may have personal commitments or interests outside of work that cause them to seek remote, non-traditional or reduced-time schedules. We created a flexible work program called “FlexWork” to support these attorneys. The firm works with each attorney requesting a FlexWork arrangement to address both the attorney’s individual needs and the firm’s client service and workload needs.

  • Employee Engagement
    We know that engaged employees drive business results and provide top-caliber client service. Goodwin partners with an outside consultant to administer a tri-annual employee engagement survey to all non-partner attorneys, paralegals, and professional staff. Senior leaders across the firm review the summary data and identify key engagement opportunities in their offices, business units, and departments. The survey feedback helps guide our efforts to make positive changes for our employees – from small changes like wearing jeans on Fridays to strategic changes like revamping the attorney review process to provide more developmental feedback.

Like most businesses, we hold and process a wide range of information, which relates to the individuals who apply and those we recruit to work for us. This policy explains the type of information we process, why we are processing it and how that processing may affect you. We have a separate Workplace Privacy Policy that applies to our current and former employees.
