Ella M. Lvov is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity group, representing private equity, growth equity, and venture capital funds and their portfolio companies on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and general corporate matters. She joined Goodwin in 2020.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin, Ella was an associate in the Washington, DC office of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, LLP. While attending law school, Ella served on the George Washington University Law Review. She also worked with the Small Business and Community Development Clinic, counseling local small businesses, social enterprises, and nonprofit organizations on general corporate matters, obtaining tax-exempt status, intellectual property, and related legal issues.

Ella is a member of the Business Law Section of the California Lawyers Association and the Corporation, Finance and Securities Law Community of the D.C. Bar Association.
