Sydney Wolofsky

Sydney Wolofsky is a law clerk in Goodwin’s Business Law department. She joined Goodwin in 2022 upon graduating from law school. Sydney’s bar admission is pending; she is working under the supervision of the partners at Goodwin.

While attending law school, Sydney was the managing editor for the Fordham International Law Journal and a competitor with the Dispute Resolution Society.

Sydney is a member of Women@Goodwin.

While attending law school, Sydney was the Managing editor for the Fordham International Law Journal. The journal published Sydney’s note, “What’s Your Privacy Worth on the Global Tech Market, Weighing the Cost of Protecting Consumer Data Against the Risk that New Legislation May Stifle Competition and Innovation During this Global, Technological Revolution,” which ultimately won the William M. O’Connor award for Outstanding Writing in 2021.
