Goodwin Procter Top Ranked in Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals Licensing Globally and in North America

Boston, February 10, 2010 – According to the newly released BioPharm Insight Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Licensing and M&A Legal Advisor League Tables, Goodwin Procter has one of the most active biotechnology and pharmaceuticals licensing practices of U.S.-based law firms. The firm was ranked first in licensing in both the global and North American volume tables, with 10 agreements worth at least US$534 million (some deal values were not disclosed). Goodwin Procter also ranked 5th in Europe in terms of licensing by volume.
