Partner Richard Oetheimer Presents on Foreclosures at ABA Litigation Conference

Goodwin Procter litigation partner Richard Oetheimer recently presented on the changing landscape of foreclosures at the ABA 2013 Section of Litigation Annual Conference held in Chicago, Ill. The panel discussion, titled “The Foreclosure Crisis Puzzle: Navigating the Changing Landscape of Foreclosure,” focused on litigation in residential foreclosures and the evolution of the requirements necessary to foreclose. Oetheimer also prepared a case study and multi-state survey for those attending the session. Oetheimer has extensive experience in business and financial services litigation, including the defense of residential mortgage lenders in state and federal courts. He has been active in all types of real estate litigation.
