Global law firm Goodwin announced today that Alexis Coll-Very joined the firm as partner in its Securities + Shareholder Litigation and Government Investigations + Enforcement practices in the Silicon Valley office.
Coll-Very focuses on government and internal investigations, shareholder litigation and complex commercial disputes across technology, private equity and other industries. She advises both publicly and privately held companies that are confronted with allegations of wrongdoing. Coll-Very regularly conducts internal investigations for management and boards of directors, and represents clients in any associated proceedings before federal, state and industry regulators. She also defends companies in shareholder litigation, including federal and state securities claims and derivative claims.

Coll-Very graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law and obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University. She is licensed to practice in California and New York. She serves as Board President for the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley, the largest provider of legal services for low-income and underrepresented people in Silicon Valley.
