Three Goodwin Partners Named to IAM Global Leaders Guide

Goodwin partners Neel ChatterjeeKingsley Taft and Daryl Wiesen have been selected for the 2020 IAM Global Leaders Guide. The guide recognizes the elite intellectual property lawyers from around the world.

Chatterjee, a partner in the firm’s IP Litigation Practice and member of its Executive Committee, is a widely recognized technology litigator and trial lawyer. He was named an IP Vanguard by the California State Bar and an IP Trailblazer and Pioneer by the National Law Journal. His work has also been recognized by Intellectual Asset Management, Managing IP, Chambers, Benchmark Litigation, The Recorder, American Lawyer and Daily Journal.

Taft is a senior partner, global co-chair of Goodwin's Life Sciences practice, and member of the Allocations Committee who represents emerging to mature life sciences companies in all aspects of their business and legal affairs. He has been recognized as a leading life sciences lawyer by Chambers, The Legal 500, IAM Patent 1000 and PLC Cross-Border Life Sciences Handbook and is a member of the LMG Life Sciences Hall of Fame.

Wiesen is chair of Goodwin’s IP Litigation Practice, and has more than 20 years of experience advising clients in all phases of patent litigation, from initial counseling up through trial and appeal. His accomplishments have garnered accolades from Legal 500, IAM Patent 1000 and Best Lawyers. He has also been named a Life Sciences Star by LMG Life Sciences and Outstanding IP Litigator in Massachusetts by Managing IP.
