Satisfying ‘Commercially Reasonable Efforts’/'Best Efforts’ Clauses in Today’s Environment (Westlaw)

The novel coronavirus has upended the marketplace and imposed upon industries, companies, and their workforce new and often unanticipated challenges and delays.
