Goodwin lawyer Kevin Michael Smith has been selected for the National Black Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40 List. The annual honor, which is based on peer nomination and extensive third-party research, seeks to identify talented attorneys under the age of 40 with exceptional professional accomplishments, a strong track record of leadership and the potential for future success.
Smith is based in the Boston office, where he is an associate in the Business Law Department. His practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, emerging companies, private equity and venture capital investments and general corporate matters, and he advises clients on transactions across a range of industries, including technology, life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing verticals and service companies.
