While attending Fordham University School of Law, Mr. Arcari served as Notes and Articles Editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law. He was elected President of the Fordham Business and Law Association and President of the Entrepreneur Law Society. He was an active member of the law school community, participated in the school’s Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, and served on numerous student leadership boards.
Mr. Arcari published a Note titled “Decoding Smart Contracts: Technology, Legitimacy, and Legislative Uniformity” in the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law in 2019. His other writing topics cover legal tech, blockchain technology, and smart contract legislation.
