Mary E. Connolly is the International Director of Marketing and Business Development at Goodwin. As a seasoned professional with a successful track record in building strong relationships, partnering with C-level executives and developing and executing strategies to support the firm’s business goals, she is responsible for the strategic positioning and business development planning for the firm’s UK, Europe and Asia offices. Ms. Connolly manages a wide range of business development activities including quantifying and qualifying business leads, initiating and supporting client relationship-building activities, and providing one-on-one business development coaching that produce measurable results.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Connolly worked with Am Law 100 firms for over 19 years in the areas of business management, marketing and business development, knowledge management, and business research and analysis. In her various roles, she has been responsible for translating business strategies into performance goals and outcomes, optimizing cross-selling opportunities and supporting firmwide client service initiatives.
