Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Geier was an associate at CamberView Partners where she advised public company boards and management teams on building successful and productive investor relationships through shareholder engagement, diverse corporate governance and sustainability matters, executive compensation, complex M&A and activism defense.
Danielle Geier is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity group. Ms. Geier focuses her practice on advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a variety of transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures, leveraged buyouts, minority and growth equity investments and joint ventures, as well as general corporate matters. She has represented portfolio companies and other early- and later-stage growth companies in various industries, including technology, software, financial services, fintech, healthcare and education.
