Felix Weber is an associate in Goodwin’s Real Estate Industry group. Felix advises a wide range of national and international corporate clients and institutional investors as well as private equity and other financial investors on all aspects of real estate and corporate law. He focuses his practice on acquisition and sales of real estate properties by way of asset as well as share deals, commercial leases, and other property-related transactions and contracts. In recent years, Felix has been involved in a large number of real estate transactions in various asset classes.

  • Major German regulated investment company acting for a special-AIF in the acquisition of a project development of a multi-tenant office and commercial building in Northern Germany (2022)
  • Ingram Micro in the indirect disposal of Europe’s largest information and telecommunications technology logistics center by way of share deal to P3 Logistic Parks, and then leaseback (2022)
  • SPVs held by a joint venture established by Eurazeo and Arax Properties on the acquisition of an urban office and light industrial portfolio consisting of 6 commercial parks in Berlin, known as "Sixpack" from CPI Property Group (2022)
  • Private real estate investor on the sale of a warehouse and production site in Leverkusen to a SPV held by a joint venture established by PGIM and Aventos (2022)
  • Portfolio companies held by a joint venture established by a sovereign wealth fund and a leading European real estate investment manager on its acquisitions, including sale and lease back transactions, of last mile distribution centers and urban logistics assets in Germany (2021-2022)
  • Cofinimmo S.A., a Belgian REIT, on the acquisition of three retirement and nursing homes in Western Germany operated by Alloheim and Orpea (2021)
  • HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG acting for special-AIFs in the direct and indirect acquisitions of the so-called "Prime Portfolio," a portfolio of office buildings in core locations in Berlin and Düsseldorf which are occupied by inter alia the Federal Ministry of Health and IWG Group, from MOMENI Group (2021)

Felix has been admitted as a German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) since 2019. Prior to joining Goodwin, Felix worked in the Frankfurt offices of a leading American and German law firm as part of his legal clerkship.
