In this role, she partners with Learning & Professional Development and Human Resources to ensure a positive and inclusive attorney experience as it relates to training, development, coaching, integration and onboarding, performance management, and career transitioning. As a complex commercial litigator, Ms. White helped clients prevent and solve problems, led teams, won cases, advised clients regarding risk assessment and management, and negotiated on clients’ behalf. Her practice deliberately spanned multiple substantive areas and industries, and in addition to her litigation and client-counseling skills, Ms. White is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) with significant compliance and investigations experience.

Ms. White has also taught courses at the professional, JD, and undergraduate levels for over 12 years, and she continues to teach on a broad array of topics, including arbitration, negotiation, mediation, legal writing, immigration, and culture.
