Private Equity Buy-Out – Mid-Level/Senior Associate

Goodwin Procter seeks a highly qualified associate with 3 - 6 years of experience to join our Mergers & Acquisitions practice within our Private Equity Group. Candidate must have experience managing transactions independently, with specific experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including leveraged buyouts and strategic investments. Candidate must be proactive, with a strong business sense and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.

Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
