November 2023 Meeting of the Giles S. Rich Inn of Court

During the November 2023 Meeting of the Giles S. Rich Inn of Court, Hon. Doris Johnson Hines, Administrative Law Judge of the United States International Trade Commission, will be hosted as the Honored Guest to open the meeting with brief remarks. Jenny Zhang will moderate a panel, “Trends in Administrative Law,” which will explore recent and upcoming developments in administrative law and their implications for patent practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the International Trade Commission, and the Federal Circuit. The panel will feature Hon.
