The Paris team advised Alven and Raise Conseil on their investment in the €4M financing of Skarlett, a new company engaged in the conception and management of a platform of equity releases and insurance solutions dedicated to the people over 60 years old.
The financing round was supported by Alven, Raise Conseil, Sequoia, Motier Ventures, Farmers and Kima Ventures.
Founded by Townley Le Guénédal (Operandi), Aurélien Gouttefarde (Homeloop) and Benjamin Gaignault (Ornikar), Skarlett plans to recruit up to 60 employees.
The Goodwin team was led by Anne-Charlotte Rivière and included Louis Taslé d’Héliand on corporate aspects and Marie Fillon and Louis de Chezelles on IP aspects.
