Robert Lemons has joined the firm’s Financial Restructuring group as a partner in the New York office. Lemons represents debtors, creditors, and acquirers in matters regarding in- and out-of-court reorganizations. He has been counsel to creditors including ad hoc groups of secured lenders, debtor-in-possession lenders and joint venture counterparties in Chapter 11 cases and on the debtor side has represented public and private companies both in and out of court.
