The Private Investment Funds team advised LGT Private Debt in its final close of Crown European Private Debt III (CEPD III) at €1.2 billion.
Launched in 2021, CEPD III invests primarily in senior debt, focusing on private equity owned companies with enterprise values between EUR 100 million and 500 million. The fund’s portfolio is currently composed of 15 assets.
