Goodwin Strengthens Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice with Partner Mark David McPherson in New York

Global law firm Goodwin today announced that Mark David McPherson joined the firm’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice as a partner, resident in the New York office.

He has deep experience advising companies on the protection of the attorney-client privilege and litigating personal jurisdiction in state and federal courts.
