Goodwin advised EOS Partners GmbH ("EOS") on the financing of the acquisition of Swibox Holding AG ("Swibox"). With this addition, EOS strengthens its existing portfolio company Smart Building & Industrial Services Group.
Swibox is a leading Swiss provider of a wide range of standardised as well as highly customised industrial closures with an additional offering in stainless steel product manufacturing and specialised tunnel and fire protection solutions.
