Global law firm Goodwin announced today that Dr. Moritz Vettermann will join its Frankfurt office as partner, strengthening the firm’s Real Estate Industry offering.

Moritz’ practice focuses on national and international real estate transactions, private equity-related real estate investments, portfolio deals and structuring, as well as on real estate joint ventures.
Since opening in 2016, Goodwin’s German platform has grown to more than 40 lawyers across the firm’s Frankfurt and Munich offices, serving a broad array of European investors, lenders, and innovators in the real estate, private equity, technology, and financial services industries.
In 2023, Goodwin advised on three of the ten largest real estate transactions in the German market, including advising Slate Asset Management on its €1 billion acquisition of the grocery-anchored retail portfolio of x+bricks Group.
