Alexa Folco

Alexa Folco is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Life Sciences group. She represents public companies and investment banks in connection with a variety of capital markets transactions. She also advises public companies on securities law compliance and corporate governance matters.

• Represented Morgan Stanley in connection with Tidewater, Inc.’s $72.3 million and $120.6 million follow-on offerings*
• Represented BofA Securities and Stifel in connection with Sonendo, Inc.’s private placement offering of $66 million of common stock and pre-funded warrants*
