Dianna Y. Lee

Dianna Lee is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity practice. She represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, growth equity funds, pension funds, private and public companies, and other strategic and financial investors on a broad range of M&A, corporate governance, and regulatory matters. Dianna has extensive experience advising on mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, divestitures, co-investments, joint ventures, carve-outs, equity restructurings, and other complex domestic and cross-border corporate transactions. Her practice spans a variety of industries including technology, healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, asset management, and energy and infrastructure.

Dianna serves as the co-chair of Women@Goodwin in New York, and is a member of the firm’s Hiring Committee. She is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Asian American Bar Association of New York, and the LGBT Bar Association of New York.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Dianna was at Latham & Watkins. Previously, she practiced at other leading international law firms in New York, London, and Hong Kong.
