Olha Polishchuk, jurist in Goodwin’s Private Equity group, specializes in the Private Investment Funds practice.
Her practice focuses in advising financial institutions and investment managers on the fundraising and ongoing operation of private investment fund across a number of asset classes, with a particular focus on private equity, venture capital, and infrastructure.
Olha is a lawyer awaiting swearing-in (Juriste en attente de prestation de serment) at the Luxembourg Bar.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin, Olha trained with the International Arbitration teams of top-tier Swiss and French law firms. She was involved in various proceedings related to international commercial and construction arbitration under the rules of major arbitration centers, notably assisting with a number of arbitrations including English, French, Russian, and Uzbek law elements.
Olha has also gained professional experience in Contract law, Corporate and M&A, including Construction and HealthTech industries at the French Company and a major international law firm in Paris.
