Tali Shulman

Tali Shulman is a Senior Attorney in the firm’s ERISA & Executive Compensation practice. Tali counsels clients on a variety of employee benefits matters including the design, implementation, ongoing administration, and compliance of health and welfare benefit plans and retirement plans. She also advises clients on employee benefit considerations in the context of mergers, acquisitions and other business restructurings.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Tali was a senior consultant in the Benefits Advisory and Compliance group at the consulting firm Willis Towers Watson, where she worked closely with both plan sponsors and service providers on employee benefit program administration and compliance.

Tali is a member of the Boston Bar Association.
