Columbia Business School and Goodwin Procter have partnered to present the 2013 Real Estate Capital Markets Conference. This internally produced event will address the unstable economic conditions and the ever-changing real estate capital markets landscape. The conference will focus on, among other things, macro trends, real estate fundamentals and future growth drivers, the state of the real estate capital markets, and proposals for the continued role of government in housing finance. Goodwin Procter partners Gil Menna and Rob Insolia are co-chairs.
