This meeting will review results from last year's surveys, compare and contrast them with this year's preliminary survey results, and discuss trending compensation practices and how that could affect futures. Speakers will disclose their exclusive regression analysis that session participants can use to predict compensation levels at their own companies. This regression analysis is not available in our published annual surveys. Also up for discussion is other current executive compensation issues such as Say-on-Pay, concerns of institutional shareholders and compensation clawbacks.
