Whistleblowers: What Companies Are Doing Now

Over the past few years, in reaction to the SEC's new whistleblower rules, companies developed a set of whistleblower policies and procedures. Now, the rules of the game are evolving - partially in reaction to developments at the SEC & other regulatory developments - and many companies are rethinking what they are doing. This panel - which includes the Chief of the SEC's new Office of the Whistleblower - will explore the latest developments in what companies are doing - and the issues that companies should consider when adopting changes to their policies and procedures. Jennifer Chunias, a partner in the firm's Litigation Department, specializes in white collar criminal defense, will serve as a speaker for this program.
