Summary
Mike Giannotto will be speaking at the 10th Natural Resources Symposium on October 15, 2015 on “Keeping Up With Real Time Liability Developments: CERCLA Air Emissions, Waters of the United States and More.” The Natural Resources Symposium will address the full complement of industry-relevant natural resource policy and practice issues – prevention and risk management, emergency response, liabilities and associated restoration, broader considerations of resource resiliency, biodiversity, climate change effects, and more.
