PLI: Understanding Employment Law 2016

Hosted by PLI, this CLE program will review the major regulations and case law governing the employer/employee relationship and offer practical pointers ranging from hiring to firing and everything in between. In addition, the program will address certain key concepts of the law under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). Robert Hale, partner and Chair of Goodwin Procter's Labor & Employment Practice will serve as faculty for the program and speak on the topic of, “Interplay Among Leave Laws.”
