Opened in 2019 with a focus on structuring and setting up Luxembourg-domiciled alternative investment funds and related tax and regulatory matters, the office serves as an on-the-ground destination for our global clients looking to raise and deploy capital in Europe. We represent sponsors of mid-market and large unregulated and regulated funds across various industries including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, debt, venture, and technology. We also set up long-term investment vehicles, joint ventures, securitization vehicles, carried-interest vehicles and provide corporate advice to funds and limited partners, as well as the financing of funds and/or investments. We work closely with lawyers in our other European offices, as well as in Asia and the United States.
