BTI Consulting Group survey of Fortune 1000 companies finds Goodwin Procter as leader in client focus and understanding clients’ businesses

BOSTON, November 22, 2004 – Goodwin Procter LLP today announced that it is one of the top 10 law firms nationwide that Fortune 1000 companies view as providing the best in client service, according to the BTI Consulting Group’s annual “Survey of Client Service Performance for Law Firms.”

The survey measures corporate counsels’ satisfaction with their law firms across a broad range of issues. The survey was developed to single out those law firms that stand out for clients and have differentiated themselves through superior client service.

Goodwin Procter was cited as “Leader of the Best” in client focus and understanding the client’s business. The firm also was placed on BTI’s “Honor Roll” list in 16 categories, including “Best at Client Service,” “Anticipating Client Needs,” “Breadth of Services,” “Best Performing Overall” and “Advising on Business Issues.”
