PEI Asia Recognizes China Risk Finance as “Asian Venture Deal of the Year 2007”

BOSTON, March 5, 2008 – Goodwin Procter announced today that China Risk Finance has been chosen as “Asian Venture Deal of the Year 2007” by PEI Asia. The Private Equity International Awards are independent awards, voted on by the industry, and transactions are honored for their significant impact on the private equity landscape in Asia.

China Risk Finance LLC, the leading consumer credit management company in the People’s Republic of China, received funding from Broadline Capital LLC, a global private equity firm run by Christopher Thorne. Additional investors include DLB Capital, Northwater Capital and Stolz Enterprises LLC.

China Risk Finance serves leading Chinese banking clients, including Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Huazia Bank, Shenzhen Development Bank and Guangdong Development Bank. Overall China Risk Finance’s clients service half of the active credit cards in China.
