Hunt, who began his career as an associate at Goodwin Procter, counsels mutual funds, private investment funds, offshore funds, and U.S. and non-U.S. investment advisers in a wide range of transactions.

“We are delighted to welcome John back to Goodwin Procter,” said Philip H. Newman, partner in the firm’s Business Law Department and chair of the firm’s Investment Management Practice. “He has represented a variety of investment management institutions on both corporate and regulatory matters, and his expertise will be invaluable to our clients.”
