Real Estate Forum recognized Goodwin Procter partner Douglas Praw as one of its “40 Under 40” honorees in its October 2012 issue.
“Praw has become a familiar face on catalytic projects in the Los Angeles market,” the editors wrote. “For example, he is assisting a Seattle-based joint venture in developing a $160-million new hotel property across from the L.A. Live complex, which will be financed entirely by EB-5 funds and new transient occupancy taxes generated by the hotel.”
