Goodwin Partners Hefferon and Raffman Honored as "Client Service All-Stars" by BTI Consulting

Goodwin Procter partners Thomas S. Hefferon and Mark S. Raffman have been named to BTI Consulting Group’s “2013 Client Service All-Star Team,” an elite group chosen by corporate counsel in an independent study identifying attorneys “who embody and deliver superior client service.” This year, only 307 individual attorneys were selected for the All-Star Team. Hefferon and Raffman are both members of Goodwin’s Executive Committee and litigation partners in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.

Hefferon focuses his practice on general civil litigation, with an emphasis on the defense of financial institutions in the consumer financial services industry. Hefferon is chair of the firm’s Consumer Financial Services Litigation Practice and frequently provides compliance advice and litigation risk analysis to industry clients. He was nominated to the All-Star list by a Fortune 500 company for his class action work.

Raffman’s practice centers on complex litigation and class actions, product liability, insurance litigation, commercial litigation and arbitration, and toxic tort and mass casualty litigation. He has represented clients before state and federal trial and appellate courts, administrative agencies and arbitration panels. Raffman was nominated as an All-Star by a Global 500 industrial manufacturing company for his business litigation work. He had previously been named to the 2011 BTI All-Star list.
