The Boston Foundation Names Goodwin Partner Paul Lee to Board of Directors

Goodwin Procter partner Paul Lee was recently named to the Board of Directors for The Boston Foundation, one of the oldest and largest community foundations in the nation

With more than $900 million in assets, The Boston Foundation serves the needs of the Greater Boston community by increasing the impact of donor giving through charitable asset management, grant making and policy leadership. The Foundation focuses on education, career, health and wellness, jobs, housing, community safety, and civic and cultural vitality, and acts as a partner in philanthropy for approximately 900 separate charitable funds established by donors either for the general benefit of the community or for special purpose. The Foundation was started in 1915.

Lee is a member of Goodwin’s Business Law Department where he focuses on corporate and securities law matters. He routinely represents high technology and financial services companies, and has more than 35 years of experience advising boards of directors and both large and small companies in connection with business, securities and M&A transactional matters
