Albert, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department and member of its Patent Litigation Practice, joined the firm in 2007. She has extensive patent trial experience in both U.S. district courts and the International Trade Commission.
Gross, partner in the firm’s Litigation Department and a member of its Patent Litigation Practice, joined the firm in 2003. She has focused her practice on patent matters, including patent litigation, strategic counseling and opinions, and patent-related due diligence.
