The tool kit is designed to help public companies prepare for the 2013 year-end reporting and 2014 annual meeting season. This year’s information is organized into two sections: Planning and information gathering tools; and developments for public companies.
The planning and information gathering documents are primarily in Microsoft Word format to allowing editing and saving copies. The developments for public companies section is a collection of short pieces designed for members of management and/or directors as quick reference sheets on key recent developments.
