Daily Journal Names Goodwin’s Brad Weber to “Top 20 Under 40” List

Silicon Valley partner Brad Weber was recently selected by the Daily Journal for its “Top 20 Under 40” list. The annual list honors rising stars in California’s legal industry.

The Daily Journal recognized Weber for his leadership on a variety of sophisticated capital markets transactions over the past year. In particular, the publication noted the firm’s representation of several financial institutions in the $230 million IPO of PennyMac Financial Services, which involved the new Up-C structure. Weber, a member of the firm’s Capital Markets, Technology Companies, and Clean Tech practices, joined the firm in 2007. He represents public and private companies, as well as venture capital firms, private equity firms and investment banking clients. Weber has extensive experience advising clients in the technology, clean tech, REIT and life sciences industries on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture financings and general corporate matters. He is also a regular speaker and author on complex securities law subjects.
