Goodwin Procter has been named a leading international firm for India-related work for the seventh consecutive year in a special report by India Business Law Journal. The eighth edition of the annual report highlights the achievements and activities of law firms around the world, focusing on transactions or cases with an India connection over the past 12 months.

The IBLJ lists Goodwin in its “Significant Players” category, recognizing partner Yash Rana for his India-related work. The firm is also recognized for its expertise in private equity and its involvement in three recent India-focused deals: TA Associates on its minority investment in BillDesk, Inventus in its formation of a $110 million venture capital fund to invest in India, and Sequoia Capital in the formation of a $430 million venture capital and private equity fund to invest in India.
