The “2014-2015 Disclosure and Annual Meeting Developments” section includes short pieces designed for members of management and/or directors as quick reference sheets. They cover key recent developments for a variety of topics. Most also include live links to source materials and/or detailed client alerts for those who wish to dig deeper.
Many of the Year-End Tool Kit documents are in Microsoft Word format to permit saving and editing copies for customization.
