Goodwin Procter partner Brad Weber has been selected to Super Lawyers’ 2015 Northern California Rising Stars list.
Weber, a partner in the firm’s Silicon Valley office, represents public and private companies, as well as venture capital firms, private equity firms and investment banking clients in securities and capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings and general corporate matters. Weber was also recently named as a “Top 20 Under 40” attorney by the Daily Journal.
Goodwin’s Silicon Valley and San Francisco offices are home to over 100 lawyers, focused on technology, life sciences, private equity, real estate, patent litigation, and securities litigation, among other areas.
