Janet Andolina, a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department and member of its Tax Practice, specializes in mergers and acquisitions, partnership, general corporate, real estate and international taxation. Ms. Andolina advises U.S. and non-U.S. clients on the tax aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, spin-off transactions, joint ventures, business restructurings and tax-free reorganizations. Her practice also concentrates on the representation of sponsors of private equity, real estate opportunity, venture capital and hedge funds, including fund structuring, fund operation and deal execution.
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2007, Ms. Andolina was a tax partner in the New York office of King & Spalding.
