Ms. Bralower advises private equity funds, senior and mezzanine lending institutions and private and public borrowers in connection with a variety of debt financing arrangements. She has extensive experience structuring and negotiating syndicated revolving and term loans, asset-based facilities, second lien loans, mezzanine financings, bridge facilities, financial sponsor debt investments, and loan workouts and restructurings. Ms. Bralower has represented clients in transactions ranging in size from several millions of dollars to billions of dollars.
Jennifer K. Bralower
Jennifer Bralower is a partner in Goodwin’s Debt Finance and Private Equity Groups and chair of Goodwin’s Business Law Department in New York. Her practice focuses primarily on the representation of borrowers and lenders in connection with debt financing transactions, with particular focus on acquisition finance, syndicated credit facilities and junior capital.
Ms. Bralower is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Bralower was an associate with Latham & Watkins LLP in New York.
