Before that, he served as General Counsel of Suez Industrie, where he also helped develop the private equity practice, and as in-house counsel at venture capital firm Sopromec-Idi.
Mr. Digoy is consistently recognized as a leader in his field by preeminent, peer-reviewed publications, including Chambers Europe, which notes that Mr. Digoy “is renowned throughout the market for his impressive work in large mid-cap private equity matters.”
